Chirag is an Executive Director at VAR Capital where he is responsible for Business Development in the UK and growth markets. Chirag is an ex-Barclays and JP Morgan Banker with over 15 years of Capital Markets, Risk, Structuring, and UHNW Relationship Management experience.

Lynn joined VAR Capital as Executive Director in 2023 with more than 20 years’ experience managing a portfolio of International Private Clients as a Senior Private Banker with Arbuthnot Latham, Coutts and Citibank.
