On 28th-29th March 2026, the India team — Shilpa Nanda, Richa Miglani, Pooja Garg, Ayushi Srivastava, Sonali Singhal, Abhishek Jain, Vivek Gupta, and Yash Verma — embarked on an inspiring offsite visit to Agra, centered around the timeless beauty of the Taj Mahal. More than just a sightseeing trip, the two-day getaway became a perfect blend of culture, connection, and camaraderie.

Day 1: Arrival and Immersive Experiences

The team checked in at the iconic ITC Mughal, Agra, where Mughal-inspired architecture and warm hospitality set the tone for the retreat. After settling in, everyone headed out to witness the Taj Mahal — an unforgettable moment where the marble monument glowed in golden hues. Conversations flowed easily as colleagues, away from project deadlines and screens, shared stories and clicked pictures together.

Day 2: Bonding Beyond Work

The next morning began with a guided heritage walk and an early visit to Agra Fort, where the serene atmosphere gave everyone time to reflect and connect. Over breakfast at ITC Mughal, cross-functional team members who rarely interact in office got to know each other’s journeys, interests, and ideas.

While returning to New Delhi, the team made a stop at Mehtab Bagh, the beautiful Mughal garden located just across the Yamuna. With the Taj Mahal perfectly framed in the background, it offered a peaceful end to the trip.

Impact: Stronger Together

The offsite was a powerful reminder that great teams are built on shared experiences, not just shared goals. Stepping out of the office and into a setting as inspiring as the Taj Mahal helped everyone see new sides of each other — the storyteller, the history buff, the foodie, the photographer.

By the end of the trip, the India team returned not just with beautiful memories and group photos, but with stronger bonds, better understanding, and renewed energy to collaborate.
